Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About radiation safety" of August 1, 2003 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 8, the Art. 465) the following changes and amendment:
1. To state the text of Article 1 in the following edition:
"This Law establishes the organizational and legal basis of ensuring radiation safety and is aimed at providing protection of health and property of the population, and also the environment from harmful effects of ionizing radiation.".
2. In the name and the text of Article 7 of the word of "local government" and "municipal authorities" shall be replaced with words "local authorities of the government".
3. In Article part one 13, and the paragraph the fourth Article 23 of the word "public authorities on places (hukumatama)" shall be replaced with words parts five of Article 19 "local executive bodies of the government".
4. In the paragraph the second Article 24 of the word "public authorities on places" shall be replaced with words "local executive bodies of the government".
5. To add article 20 part one after the word of "places" with the words "for storage or".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
