About entering of amendment into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. Article 124 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 to add with part 31.1 following of content:
"31.1. In the cases provided by part 4 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compulsory liability insurance following from use of vehicles" when the approved declaration is filled in and in the cases provided by part 4.4 of article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About traffic safety" not to leave the scene within twenty minutes from the moment of accident only with participation of two vehicles and not to move the vehicle to other place which is not prohibited by the law if as a result of accident the vehicle has no technical defect with which its operation is prohibited:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of, by thirty times exceeding the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
