About entering of amendment into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. Add item 4 of part 1 of article 42 of the Law of May 7, 2002 with No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" the new offer of the following content: ". The relations of architectural and planning tasks, construction licenses, acts on completion of construction and operation on strengthening, repair, restoration, reorganization and movement of immovable historical and cultural monuments of the antique, ancient and medieval periods which are considered as state-owned property of the Republic of Armenia and which are not subject to alienation, and the immovable historical and cultural monuments belonging to the Armenian Apostolic Sacred Church (First-throned Sacred Echmiadzin) on the property right and transferred with the right of free use, on historical and cultural lands of lands of especially protected territories determined by Article 23 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia are regulated by article 9 of the Law "About Protection and Use of Immovable Historical and Cultural Monuments and the Historical Circle".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
