About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 461 of May 5, 2021 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia (further - the code) shall be replaced with words the words "from two to five" "from three to six".
Article 2. "Penalty" to state part 1 of article 462 of the Code after words in the following edition: "in the amount of fifteenfold to thirtyfold, or in the form of short-term imprisonment for the term of no more than two months, or in the form of imprisonment for a period of one up to three years".
Article 3. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
