About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About banks and banking activity"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About banks and banking activity" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of August 17, 2022 No. 72-74) the following changes:
1) Article 1 to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. This Law is not applied to activities of National bank of development of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
Part 7 of Article 19 to add 2) with the paragraph the second the following content:
"The national bank of development of the Kyrgyz Republic has the right to perform the banking activities and banking activity provided by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National bank of development of the Kyrgyz Republic" without receipt of the license granted by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
