About entering of amendment into the Law "About Funds"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on September 11, 2025
Article 1. No. ZR-516 "About funds" to add article 1 of the Law of December 26, 2002 with part 9 of the following content:
"9. Features of legal status, creation, activities, reorganization, governing bodies, their forming and powers, uses of property and the financial and economic relations of higher educational institution are determined by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the higher education and science". Provisions of this Law extend to system of the higher education and science if other is not established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the higher education and science".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
