About entering of amendment into the Law "About the State Fee"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on September 11, 2025

Article 1. No. ZR-186 "About the state fee" to add the law of December 27, 1997 with Article 17.1 of the following content:

"Article 17.1. Rate of the state fee for licensing for the organization of cultural auctions

1. For licensing of the cultural auction house the state fee in the amount of 1000-fold annual basic duty is collected.

2. For licensing to the organizer of cultural auction the state fee in the amount of 5000-fold annual basic duty is collected.".

Article 2. This law becomes effective in nine months after its official publication.
