Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:

In paragraph one of part 1 of Article 33 the word of "seven" to replace 1) with the word of "fourteen";

Part 2 of Article 34 to add 2) with Item 5-2 of the following content:

"Article 39-2. Prohibitions and (or) restrictions with electronic surveillance

1. Prohibitions and (or) restrictions with electronic surveillance are applied for making of the offenses connected with spousal assault in the cases provided by Articles of the Special part of this Code.

2. Prohibitions and (or) restrictions with electronic surveillance are appointed by court for a period of up to 3 months.

3. In the cases provided by part of 1 this Article, the court has the right to appoint the following prohibitions and restrictions:

1) prohibition on direct contacts with the victim;

2) prohibition on prosecution;

3) prohibition on storage and (or) use of fire, pneumatic and gas weapon, and in case of its availability - temporary withdrawal by authorized bodies;

4) restriction on the location in certain territories;

5) other restrictions on safety of the victim.

4. Prohibitions and restrictions are appointed in coordination with the victim, except as specified, when necessary for protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the victim or prevention of threat of his life and to health.";

4) in Article 70:

a) the paragraph one after words "physical abuse" to add with the word "prosecution";
