About modification of Item 13 of the Section III of Provisions on Expert and appeal council on questions of licensing

According to part one of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity" we ORDER:

1. Bring in Item 13 of the Section III of Provisions on Expert and appeal council on questions of the licensing approved by the order of the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine, the Public regulatory service of Ukraine of February 03, 2020 No. 164/12, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 14, 2020 at No. 170/34453, the following changes:

Paragraph one after the words "once in month" to add 1) with the words "except the cases established by the law";

Paragraph two to state 2) in the following edition:

"The meeting of Council can be held in the video conference mode with use of information and communication technologies about what it is noted in the agenda of such meeting.".

2. To provide to department of regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations and the Chairman of the Public regulatory service of Ukraine.
