About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About finance lease (leasing)"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About finance lease (leasing)" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 9, the Art. 409) the following changes:

2) in Article 5:

a) add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic the state-owned leasing company in the form of open joint stock company can be created.";

b) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. The leasing company has the right to raise funds of legal entities (residents and nonresidents of the Kyrgyz Republic) in national and foreign currency for implementation of leasing activities according to the procedure, established by the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

c) add with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. Cannot be founders of the leasing companies:

a) the physical persons and legal entities living and/or registered in the territory of offshore zones;
