About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 15, 2023 No. 227 "About features of implementation in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region of separate types of federal state control (supervision)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 8, Art. 1331; 2024, No. 40, Art. 5976):

c) in item 4:
in paragraph one of figure "2028" to replace with figures "2027", words "The Kherson region preventive visits according to requirements of the Federal Law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "The Kherson region are conducted:";
paragraphs two - to replace the seventh with the text of the following content:
"a) obligatory preventive visits are conducted based on the plan of their carrying out approved by the Head of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision;
