About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the Air code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income)

Bring in the Air code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2015, No. 7, the Art. 1021) the following changes:
1) in Article 3:
a) part 1 after words of "Aviation rules" to add with words ", Rules of use of airspace";
b) in part 2 "Government" shall be replaced with words the word "Cabinet of Ministers";
c) add with part 3 following of content:
"3. Rules of use of airspace of the Kyrgyz Republic are regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic which determine procedure for use of airspace of the Kyrgyz Republic for the benefit of homeland, economic safety of the state, protection of sovereignty, defense, safety of the population, protection of the constitutional system, public order and fight against crime.";
Parts 1 and 2 of Article 4 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. Provisions of this Code regulate all types of activity of civil aviation, function and obligation of authorized body, the procedure of operation of the aircraft, use of airspace, ensuring aeronautical servicing of the Kyrgyz Republic and are applied to all physical persons and legal entities performing activities in the field of civil aviation in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Provisions of this Code are applied to all civil aircrafts in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also all civil aircrafts registered in the Kyrgyz Republic where they would not be if other is not provided by the international treaties which became effective in the procedure established by the legislation which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.";
3) in Article 5:
a) regarding 2 words "and public order" shall be replaced with words ", public order and fight against crime";
