For the purpose of comprehensive assistance to the subjects of entrepreneurship performing activities in jewelry industry, and also I decide satisfactions of demand of the population for high-quality domestic jewelry:

1. Extend till February 1, 2029 the validity of the discounts provided in case of realization through the exchange biddings and under direct agreements of precious metals according to Item 2 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 23, 2022 to No. PP-452.

2. Determine that since February 1, 2026 when forming the list of subjects manufacturing entrepreneurships of the jewelry using discounts, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution the following additional criteria are considered:

(a) the conclusion in accordance with the established procedure the employment contract with the jewelers employed on the created new workplaces (MSKZ - 08, code 7313), charge of the salary by it in at least, than the quadruple size of the minimum wage, and also confirmation of this fact by tax authorities;

(b) implementation by the subject of entrepreneurship of activities in the jewelry centers within at least one month.

3. To the Ministry of Economics and finance together with the Central bank and the Ministry of the mining industry and geology to take measures for growth in volumes of realization of gold through the exchange biddings and on the basis of direct agreements.

4. To the Ministry of Economics and finance together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in acts of the legislation following from this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister D. A. Kuchkarov.
