About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2023 No. 32
Based on subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of article 27 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about the earth the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2023 No. 32 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2022 No. 195-Z "About change of codes" the following changes:
1.1. "and" to exclude designings from the paragraph of the seventeenth Item 1 of the word;
1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land approved by this resolution:
in Item 1 part two:
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"auction on the construction right - auction with conditions on the right of construction of capital structures (buildings, constructions);";
in paragraph nine of the word "the applicant for the conclusion of the contract for realization of the right of designing and construction-the winner of auction on the designing right" shall be replaced with words "the applicant for the conclusion of the contract for realization of the right of construction - the winner of auction on the construction right";
in paragraph ten to replace the word "designings" with the word "constructions";
to add Item 8 after the paragraph of the ninth with the paragraph of the following content:
"in connection with decision making about permission of registration of materials about withdrawal and provision of the parcel of land in cases of unauthorized construction;";
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. Without preliminary approval and project development of withdrawal of the parcel of land the parcels of land are provided to citizens based on land management case on establishment of border of the parcel of land, the land cadastral plan of border of the parcel of land and the decision on its withdrawal and provision:
