About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2022 No. 95
Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2022 No. 95 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (services) "Report on export and import of services" and instructions for its filling" the following changes:
1.1. from form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (services) "Report on export and import of services", approved by this resolution to exclude the Section III;
1.2. in Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (services) "Report on export and import of services", approved by this resolution:
in Item 6:
in word part three", 21 and 31" and ", II and III" to replace respectively with the words "and 21" and "and II";
in word part five", line 20 of the Section II and line 30 of the Section III" shall be replaced with words "and line 20 of the Section II";
in Item 20:
in part one:
the paragraph one before the word "is reflected" to add with the words "in the Section II";
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "in the Section II (codes 0112, 0132, 0142)" "by codes 0112, of 0132, 0142";
in paragraph three of the word "in the Section III (codes 0119, 0139, 0149)" shall be replaced with words "by codes 0119, of 0139, 0149";
in part four of the word "III (code 0129)" shall be replaced with words "II by code 0129".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 27, 2026.
