1.1. Person performing functions (including temporary fulfillment of duties) sole executive body of the administrator of indicators, shall conform to the following qualification requirements:
1.1.1. Availability of the higher education.
1.1.2. Experience of work, corresponding to one or several of the following requirements, lasting at least two years:
implementation of functions of sole executive body (his deputy), the member of collegiate executive body of credit institution, not credit financial credit institution (except for pawnshop) (further in case of joint mentioning - the financial organization), the legal entity who is person rendering professional services in the financial market (except for bureau of credit histories), foreign bank, the foreign organization performing the types of activity similar to types of activity of not credit financial credit institution according to the personal law (except for activities of pawnshop) (further - the foreign financial organization), the foreign organization performing the types of activity similar to types of activity of person rendering professional services in the financial market according to the personal law (except for activities of bureau of credit histories) (further - the foreign person, rendering professional services in the financial market), self-regulatory organization in the sphere of the financial market, organization, one of types of economic activity of which are activities in the field of information technologies, the head (his deputy) of branch of the foreign bank created for activities implementation in the territory of the Russian Federation (further - branch of foreign bank);
