procedure for the direction society of mutual insurance in the Bank of Russia of the notification on the fact of discrepancy to qualification requirements and (or) requirements to goodwill revealed by society of mutual insurance after receipt of consent of the Bank of Russia to appointment of persons to positions of the director, chief accountant of society of mutual insurance (assignment of temporary fulfillment of duties on these positions) and before their actual appointment to the specified positions (assignment of temporary fulfillment of duties on these positions);

procedure for the direction society of mutual insurance in the Bank of Russia of the notification on the fact of discrepancy to qualification requirements and (or) requirements to goodwill revealed by society of mutual insurance after the actual appointment of person to position of the director, the chief accountant of society of mutual insurance (including assignment of temporary fulfillment of duties on these positions), the internal auditor (the head of service of internal audit) of society of the mutual insurance, the special official responsible for implementation of rules of internal control in the society of mutual insurance for the purpose of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism, extremist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction, the head of branch of society of mutual insurance;
