I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2015 No. 264 "About approval of Rules of domestic trade" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11148) the following changes:

state Item 37 in the following edition:
"37. Local executive bodies develop measures for creation of the conditions favoring to trading activity for stimulation of development of domestic trade for the purpose of increase in goods competitiveness, works and services of the Kazakhstan origin taking into account national interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
state Items 49 and 50 in the following edition:
"49. Subjects of domestic trade when implementing sales of goods by means of the organization of retail chain stores and the trade markets:
1) is designated by places of the calculation of goods of the Kazakhstan origin special sign or text "Is made in Kazakhstan" which is allowed to be established on several nearby goods of the Kazakhstan origin;
