Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of compliance with law of the Russian Federation on mass media approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 1020 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of compliance with law of the Russian Federation about mass media" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, the Art. 5503).

1. State Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. When implementing the state supervision planned control (supervising) events are not held.
Frequency of holding obligatory preventive visits concerning the objects of control referred to category of considerable, average or moderate risk is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 3 of part 2 of article 25 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation".
The obligatory preventive visits specified in Item 1 of part 1 of article 52.1 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation" concerning the objects of control referred to category of low risk are not held.".
