1. In Rules of provision of subsidy from the federal budget in the form of property fee of the Russian Federation in property of the public company "Fund of Development of the Territories" for the purpose of financial provision of actions for provision of lump sum payments on acquisition by property and social payments on acquisition of premises based on the issued state housing certificates to the residents of Kherson and the part of the Kherson region who left the place of permanent residence and arrived in the emergency procedure to other territories of the Russian Federation on the permanent residence, approved by the specified resolution:
a) add Item 3 with the subitem "v" of the following content:
"c) financial support to subjects of the Russian Federation for the purpose of provision of compensation in connection with execution of the court resolutions which took legal effect regarding provision to citizens of lump sum payments on acquisition by property and (or) social payments.";
b) in Item 7:
third to add the paragraph with words "(social payments are provided)";
