About modification of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic

The customs payments arising in connection with movement by physical persons through customs border of the goods which are not intended for dealing purposes can be paid by the physical persons which are not subjects of business activity, and also persons performing duty on this providing by provision of providing with methods, stipulated in Article 258.1 of this Code.".
