About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Item 7 of part 3 of Article 57 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 2021 shall be replaced with words the words "Commission on Protection of the Competition" "The commission on protection of the competition and the rights of consumers".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since August 1, 2025.
