About the public control service
1. This Law governs the relations connected with implementation of the state control by the Public control service of the Republic of Armenia (further also - Service), determines the powers, structure and other relations connected with management and the order of Service.
1. In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) the state control activities, established by this Law, aimed at providing implementation of control powers of the Prime Minister;
2) control carrying out of researches by Service (including passers), monitorings;
3) efficiency equivalence of the material and non-material means used for achievement of the planned result or the purpose to the achieved result;
4) legality compliance of activities of controlled object to the requirements established by the legislation and other legal acts of the Republic of Armenia and also the concluded bargains;
5) the state means - all receipts and receipts, tangible and intangible assets in the government budget of the Republic of Armenia managed, created or which are subject to forming by controlled object;
6) management of the state means managements, ownership or use of all income types and expenses, tangible and intangible assets of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia;
7) forming of the state means charges, addressing of all types of receipts and receipts, tangible and intangible assets in the government budget of the Republic of Armenia;
