About entering of amendments and changes into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Part 10 of article 121 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021 (further - the code) after the words "securities" to add with words ", cryptoassets".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 268 of the Code after the words "derivative tool" with the words "or cryptoactive".
Article 3. State the name of article 269 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 269. Abuse of the prices in the security market or cryptoassets".
Article 4. To add part 1 of article 269 of the Code after the words "abuse of the prices" with the words "or the abuse of the prices in the market of cryptoassets provided by Items 1-4 of part 1 of article 73 of the Law on cryptoassets".
Article 5. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
