About introduction of amendments to article 25 of the Federal law "About Guardianship and Custody"

Article 1

Bring in article 25 of the Federal Law of April 24, 2008 No. 48-FZ "About guardianship and custody" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 17, Art. 1755; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3459; 2018, No. 1, Art. 79) following changes:

Part 1 to add 1) with words ", except for the case provided by part 1.1 of this Article";

To add 2) with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. In case of assignment of fulfillment of duties of the guardian or the custodian on one of the organizations specified in parts 5 of article 11 of this Federal Law, the report of the guardian or custodian in writing for previous year about storage about use of property of the ward and about property management of the ward it is represented the relevant organization in guardianship and custody body annually no later than April 1 of the current year.".

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
