1. Impose ban till December 31, 2025 on export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan all modes of transport codes of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - code of the CN FEA EEU) 7402 00 000 0 - the copper which is not refined, copper anodes for electrolytic refinement, 7403 13 000 0 - procurements for rolling, 7403 29 000 0 - copper alloys other (except ligatures of goods item 7405), 7413 00 000 - the twisted wire, cables, wattled cords and similar products from copper without electric isolation, 7601 20 200 9 - other, 7801 91 000 0 - containing antimony as the element prevailing on weight among other elements, 7801 99 100 0 - for refinement, 7801 99 900 0 - other.

2. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the competence control on execution of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) informing the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of this order of prohibition specified in Item 1.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
