The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring the following changes and amendment in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2019 No. 421 "About approval of the list of medical care in system of compulsory social medical insurance":
state preamble in the following edition:
"According to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About compulsory social medical insurance" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:";
in the list of medical care in system of compulsory social medical insurance approved by the specified resolution:
1) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) routine medical examinations according to the procedure and with frequency, the routine inspections and screening researches determined by authorized body, except for within the guaranteed amount of free medical care;";
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 16, 2020 No. 672 "About approval of the list of the guaranteed amount of free medical care and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
state preamble in the following edition:
"According to Item 1 of article 196 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About health of the people and health care system" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:";
in the list of the guaranteed amount of free medical care approved by the specified resolution:
add item 4 with the subitem 5) of the following content:
