About purpose of pensions to separate categories of citizens for work in Ukraine
For the purpose of strengthening of social support of separate categories of citizens I decide:
1. No. 420 "About persons which arrived to the Republic of Belarus" to add Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2014 with subitem 1.9 of the following content:
"1.9. in case of award of pension according to the legislation on provision of pensions to persons specified in subitem 1.8 of this Item in length of service the work periods in the territory of Ukraine till July 1, 1998 are set off".
2. Recalculation of the work pensions granted before entry into force of this Decree on the basis provided in Item 1 of this Decree is made from the first following after month in which the pensioner addressed for recalculation of pension in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. Financing of selling expenses of this Decree is performed by budget funds of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus.
4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
