According to article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About scrap metal", to part two of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity", paragraph two of Item 2 of the Technique of development of the unified forms of the statements which are drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) actions of the state supervision (control), Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 10, 2018 No. 342, of the Regulations on the Ministry of questions of strategic industries of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 07, 2020 No. 819, I ORDER:
1. Approve the unified form of the statement which is drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) action of the state supervision (control) for observance of requirements of the legislation by specialized or specialized metallurgical processing enterprises in the field of procurement of scrap metal and transactions with the enclosed scrap metal.
2. To provide to department of industrial policy submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister.
