About introduction of amendments to article 439 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008

Art. I. - In article 439 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) in case of discharge of the transport driver from management, other driver accompanying it having the valid documents on the right of vehicle control of the corresponding category can undertake vehicle control and to continue movement. If it is impossible and the vehicle cannot be given to the owner, the owner or their representative, it is evacuated on the special parking or in the next to the place of establishment of offense division of police.";

Item b) parts (to state 2) in the following edition:

"b) it costs in the prohibited place and corresponds to one of the following conditions:

- blocks other vehicles and/or access of other vehicles;

- faces at the crosswalk or it at distance less than five meters;

- stands on the sidewalk or on lawn;

- blocks access to the ladders, ramps or inclined borders intended for persons with limited opportunities of the musculoskeletal device and other persons with limited mobility;

- creates obstacles for activities of the special vehicles intended for servicing and repair of roads, sanitary cleaning and services of municipal services;

- costs on the railway crossing or less than in 50 meters from it;

- costs in the tunnel, on the bridge, viaduct, ramp or under them;

- costs at the station of route vehicles at distance less than 25 meters from it;

- costs at the intersection or at distance less than 15 meters from it;

- costs without observance of requirements of the inspector of traffic during creation by the vehicle of obstacles for holding public actions, for journey of official columns or during creation of threat of public safety by it;

- blocks access to charging of electric vehicles;
