2. Holders of the register and depositaries provide to officials the information as of the date specified in request, and in the absence of such date in request - on the date of receipt of request.

The holder of the register provides (depositary) to the official who sent inquiry, data in document type on paper, signed by the sign manual of the authorized person of the holder of the register (depositary), in case of receipt of request in document type on paper or in electronic form, the signed strengthened qualified digital signature provided by part 4 of article 5 of the Federal Law of April 6, 2011 No. 63-FZ "About the digital signature", the authorized person of the holder of the register (depositary) in case of receipt of request in electronic form.

4. In case of absence at the holder of the register (depositary) of data the holder of the register (depositary) in time no later than five working days after day of receipt of request informs the official who sent inquiry on absence at the holder of the register (depositary) of data by the method allowing to confirm the fact of receipt of such information by the official.

5. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.
