About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Power"

Article 1. Article 27 of the Law of March 7, 2001 No. ZR-148 "About power" (further - the Law):
To add 1) with parts 2.1-2.3 following of content:
"2.1. In case of intention to make the transaction specified in parts 1 and 2 of this Article, the Government of the Republic of Armenia has the privilege of property acquisition or the rights to it which are subject of the transaction. For implementation of the privilege of purchase specified in this part, the licensee notifies the Government of the Republic of Armenia on intention to make the corresponding transaction. The government of the Republic of Armenia can perform the privilege of purchase in three-months time after receipt of the specified notification, having notified on it the licensee. The procedure of the privilege of purchase is established by the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
2.2. In case of implementation of the right of preferential purchase specified in part 2.1 of this Article, acquisition value of the property which is subject of the transaction or the rights to it cannot exceed its market cost which is determined by the valuation report issued according to the procedure, established by the Law "About Estimative Activities". In the presence of more than one valuation report the average size of the costs determined by them is assumed as a basis if the difference between the costs determined by different valuation reports does not exceed 10 percent. If the difference between costs more than one valuation report exceeds 10 percent, the difference in 10 percent is assumed as a basis, and cost assessment is determined according to the procedure, established by this Article.
