1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the Commission on development of technological parks and measures of the state support of their functioning in the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 17, 2025 No. 214 the following changes:
1) in Item 2 of the word of "science and education" shall be replaced with words "sciences, the higher education and innovations";
2) in Regulations on the Commission on development of technological parks under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Items 3, of 7, of the 14th word of "science and education" shall be replaced with words "sciences, the higher education and innovations";
- in the paragraph the second Item 5:
words of "Ministry of Education and Science" shall be replaced with words "The ministries of science, the higher education and innovations";
to exclude words of "The state agency of intellectual property and innovations under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- in paragraph seven of Item 6 of the word "Minister of Education and Science" shall be replaced with words "the deputy minister of science, the higher education and innovations".
