I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of this Decree:

(a) digitalization of processes of crops and watering of cultures on the lands more than 4 million hectares used in agricultural industry;

(b) reducing human factor when carrying out monitoring and the forecast of processes of cultivation of products, strengthening food security by increase in accuracy of data;

(c) creation of conveniences to users and ensuring mutual compliance and accuracy of the data by consolidation more than 30 information systems implemented in the field of agricultural industry in "single point";

(d) creating favorable conditions for agricultural organizations by implementation about 100 types of digital services and services, in particular rendering services by means of robotics, pilotless lethal devices (further - drones) and other "smart" equipment;

(e) ensuring conveniences when implementing payments for the services rendered in the field of, online providing information on soft credits and turnover of money;

(g) guaranteeing observance of the rights and legitimate interests of users of farmlands by means of digital technologies, and also data security provision in information systems.
