About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning cellulose ethers of simple others

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning cellulose ethers of the simple other, classified by code 3912 39 850 0 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till December 31, 2026 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 3912 39 850 0 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "71C)" to replace with the reference "108C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 108C of the following content:

"108C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of August 1, 2025 No. 65 till 31.12.2026 inclusive.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
