About attraction of soft government credit of Export-import Bank of China
Based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 No. 252 "About approval of the Regulations on the external state loans and external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Attract in 2025-2028 soft government credit of Export-import Bank of China in the amount of 221 million Chinese yuans for 15 years for implementation of the investment project "Development of the first priority of the Central part of the Industrial park "Great Stone".
2. Approve the draft of the Credit agreement on soft government credit for implementation of the investment project "Development of the first priority of the Central part of the Industrial park "Great Stone" between the Government of the Republic of Belarus on behalf of the Ministry of Finance and Export-import Bank of China (further - the Credit agreement) as basis for negotiation.
3. Authorize the Ministry of Finance on:
negotiation according to the draft of the Credit agreement, having permitted to make if necessary to it the changes which do not have basic nature;
signing of the Credit agreement in case of achievement of the arrangement within the approved project.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
