1. Establish the requirement to the level of credit bank rating on national rating scale for adoption of bank guarantees of such banks by customs authorities - availability at the same time at least 2 credit ratings:
it is not lower than the BBB-(RU) level of credit score on national rating scale for the Russian Federation, assigned by credit rating agency Analytical Credit Rating Agency (Joint-stock company);
it is not lower than the ruBBB-level of credit score on national rating scale for the Russian Federation, assigned by credit rating agency joint-stock company "Expert RA Rating agency;
it is not lower than the BBB-.ru level of credit score on national rating scale for the Russian Federation, assigned by credit rating agency National Credit Ratings limited liability company;
it is not lower than the BBB-| ru | level of credit score on national rating scale for the Russian Federation, assigned by credit rating agency National Rating Agency limited liability company.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law of December 13, 2024 No. 475-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation".
