Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 28, 2016 No. 340 "About approval of standard form of the agreement of pledge of voting shares (shares in the authorized capital) the authorized company" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14192) the following change:
in the Standard form of the agreement of pledge of voting shares (shares in the authorized capital) the authorized company approved by the specified order:
7) of Item 7 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"7) till" ___" ______ 20 __ years to register this Agreement in "Central Securities Depository" joint-stock company with provision to the Pawnbroker of the relevant supporting document no later than three working days from the date of registration;".
