1. Determine that:

2) the cumulative amount of investments of bank holding into shares or share in the authorized capital of the organizations specified in paragraphs the thirteenth, the fourteenth, the fifteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth the subitem 2) to part one of Item 3 of article 8 of the Law on banks constitutes no more than 15 (fifteen) percent of the size of equity of bank holding;

3) the amount of investments of bank into shares or shares in the authorized capital of the organizations specified in paragraphs the twenty first, the twenty second, the twenty third, twenty fourth, twenty fifth the subitem 1) to part one of Item 3 of article 8 of the Law on banks on one organization constitutes no more than 5 (five) percent of the size of equity of bank;

4) the amount of investments of bank holding into shares or shares in the authorized capital of the organizations specified in paragraphs the thirteenth, the fourteenth, the fifteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth the subitem 2) to part one of Item 3 of article 8 of the Law on banks on one organization constitutes no more than 5 (five) percent of the size of equity of bank holding.

2. To provide to department of methodology and prudential regulation of the financial organizations in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) within five working days from the date of adoption of this resolution its direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;

3) bringing this resolution to data of banks of the second level, bank holdings and the interested divisions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market;

4) within ten working days after official publication of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
