In Regulations on the federal state supervision in the field of civil defense approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 1007 "About federal state supervision in the field of civil defense" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, Art. 5394; 2023, No. 35, Art. 6650):
a) Item 15 after the words "acts of control (supervising) actions" to add with words ", acts of holding obligatory preventive visits (further - acts of obligatory preventive visits)";

"22. Holding planned control (supervising) actions and obligatory preventive visits depending on the appropriated category of risk to object of supervision is performed with the following frequency:
a) concerning objects of supervision which are referred to category of high risk planned control (supervising) events once in 2 years or one obligatory preventive visit a year are held;
b) concerning objects of supervision which are referred to categories of significant and average risk obligatory preventive visits with the frequency determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 3 of part 2 of article 25 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation" are conducted.";
c) the tenth the subitem "v" of Item 24 to add the paragraph with the words "or tasks on mobilization work";
