About modification of the Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Civil code of Ukraine concerning features of crediting and financial leasing during action of warlike situation

I. The Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Civil code of Ukraine (2003, Art. No. No. 40-44, 356) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Items 23-36 of the following content:
"23. During action of martial law in Ukraine imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX, the borrower (including his legal successor) who is subject of managing, has the right to address the loan provider (creditor) or the new creditor (further - the creditor) with the statement for application of the moratorium on charge and payment of means according to monetary commitment under the agreement of the credit (loan), including the main credit amount (loan), percent, the commissions and other payments (further - the statement), in case of set of the following conditions:
1) the gross annual income of the borrower for 2021 (taking into account partners who together with the borrower enter into group of the connected partners determined according to the procedure and by the criteria established by the National Bank of Ukraine) does not exceed the amount equivalent to 50 million euros determined by annual average rate of the National Bank of Ukraine;
2) the contract of the credit (loan) with the borrower was signed before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of the Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Civil code of Ukraine concerning features of crediting and financial leasing during action of warlike situation";
3) accomplishment of agreement obligation of the credit (loan) is provided with pledge, mortgage:
