About modification and amendments in the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on interregional cooperation of September 5, 2017
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan which are hereinafter referred to as by the Parties
being guided by article 10 of the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan about interregional cooperation of the September 5, 2017 signed in the city of Bishkek (further - the Agreement),
proceeding from intentions of the Parties to enhance the mechanism of interaction and its conclusion to qualitatively new level of interregional cooperation,
agreed as follows:
Make the following changes to the Agreement:
Paragraph one of Article 1 after the words "in trade and economic" to add 1) with words "investment, transport and logistic, energy";
The second Article 1 the word "border" to exclude 2) in the paragraph and shall be replaced with words the word "quarterly" "once a year".
Make the following additions to the Agreement:

"The parties for the purpose of effective solution of priority questions of bilateral cooperation and conclusion of the relations between regions of the states to qualitatively new level establish Council of heads of regions of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan under patronage of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The regulations on activities of Council of heads of regions of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan are integral part of the Agreement.".
