5. To management of methodology and licensing of payment systems within 3 (three) working days this resolution:

- inform the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- send to the Center for standardization and metrology under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic for the subsequent state registration in accordance with the established procedure.
