For the purpose of strengthening of social protection of persons with heavy irreversible violations of health, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About medico-social examination in the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 8, 2025 No. 185 the following changes:

in Regulations on the recognition of the citizen by person with disability approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Disability of the I group is established for a period of 7 years, disability of the II group - for a period of 4 years, III groups - for 2 years, depending on nature and extent of violation of health.

At the same time the citizen (his legal or authorized representative) has the right according to the statement to address in MSEK for early withdrawal of the status of disability in case of improvement of the state of health which entailed in his opinion, loss of the bases for recognition by his face with disability.

The category "the child with disability" is established for a period of 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, before achievement of 18 years by the citizen of age.";

- add Item 62 with the subitem 5 of the following content:

"5) according to the petition from the citizen (his legal or authorized representative) concerning which disability is established.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
