1. Reorganize the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Enbek of organizations of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company) by accession to it of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Enbek-Oskemen of organizations of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main objects of activity of the company implementation of productive activity in the sphere of criminal executive system and the organization of labor employment of convicts.

3. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry, and its departments:

4.
