About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About power industry"

Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About power industry" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2023, No. 5, Article 623 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 17; 2025, No. 2, Article 101):
1. Under Article 39:
1.1. To exclude from Article 39.2 of the word "13.2";
1.2. Add with Article 39.2-1 of the following content:
"39.2-1. Article 13.2 of this Law becomes effective in time, determined by body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority".
2. To add Item 42.3.1 before the word of "electric power" with the words "taking into account article 39.2-1 of this Law".
