About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Code of penal procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic

1.1. In Item of 1 part "Note" of Article 72 of the word "72 - 73-2 and 74-1" shall be replaced with words "72 - 74-1";
1.2. In the sanction of Article 177.1 in the third case to replace the word "two" with the word "tri".
Article 2. Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 8 (the book II), Article 585 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 4, No. 4, Articles 362, 365, 368, No. 6 (book I), Article 631; 2025, No. 1, Article 1, No. 2, Article 98; The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 28, 2025 No. 147-VIQD) the following changes:
2.1. At the end of Article 85.6.4 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article 85.6.5 of the following content:
