About entering of amendments into the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. Section "5. BANK AND FINANCIAL CREDIT INSTITUTIONS" article 19 of the Law of December 27, 1997 No. ZR-186 "About the state fee" (further – the Law) to add CHARACTERISTICS with Items 5.13-5.15 of the following content:

"5.13. For activities of person rendering services with cryptoassets (branch of the foreign person rendering services with cryptoassets) - annually |
in 500-fold size of basic duty |

5.14. For activities of each branch of person rendering services with cryptoassets - annually |
in 200-fold size of basic duty |

5.15. For activities of each representation of person providing services with cryptoassets (person providing services with foreign cryptoassets) - annually |
in 200-fold size of basic duty |
Article 2. To "investment companies" to add Item 23 of part 1 of article 22 of the law after words with words to "persons providing services with cryptoassets".
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
