About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption"

Article 1. Article 25 of the Law of June 9, 2017 No. ZR-96 "About the commission on the prevention of corruption" (further - the Law):
Part 2 after the words "office information" to add 1) with words ", established by the law of the Republic of Armenia "About cryptoassets"";
2) regarding 3 words "The Central Depositary and Other Persons Having the Right of Maintaining the Register of Owners (Nominee Holders) of Securities" shall be replaced with words "The central depositary, other persons having the right of maintaining the register of owners (nominee holders) of securities and having the right to perform storage of cryptoassets".
Article 2. To add part 7 of article 26.1 of the Law after the words "office information" with words ", established by the law on cryptoassets".
Article 3. To add part 4 of article 40.1 of the Law after the words "office information" with words ", established by the law on cryptoassets".
Article 4. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
