About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Enforcement Proceeding"

Article 1. Article 77 of the Law of April 11, 2024 No. ZR-179 "About enforcement proceeding" (further - the Law):
Heading after the words "assessment" to add 1) with the words "and forced realization";
Part 1 before words "decides" to add 2) with the words "if this law does not provide other";
Part 2 after the words "through the expert" to add 3) with words ", except as specified, provided by this Law";
To add 4) with part 6 of the following content:
"6. Forced realization of distrained property will be organized from auction if this law does not provide other procedure of forced realization.".
Article 2. State part 1 of article 78 of the law in the following edition:
"1. The decision on forced realization of distrained property from compulsory auction is made by the forced contractor.".
Article 3. Add the law with Article 87.1 of the following content:
"Article 87.1. Distribution of arrest on cryptoassets
1. The police officer-contractor compulsorily realizes the cryptoassets belonging to the debtor through the face consisting with the debtor in contractual relations, and in case of impossibility - through the other person who is performing the activities connected with cryptoassets, having the license according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. In the relations provided by this Article with person performing the activities connected with cryptoassets the legal executive is effective as the debtor's representative according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 43 presents of the Law, without application of provisions of Item 2 of part 2 and part 5 of Article 43.
2. The police officer-contractor makes the decision on realization of cryptoassets according to the procedure, established by this Article.
